Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As an independent stylist, last-minute cancellations and no-shows often leave appointment times that cannot be filled and have a significant impact on my business. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made 48+ hours before your appointment: No charge • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment: 50% of the scheduled service total • Cancellations made within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service total Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. Clients who cancel within the cancellation window and immediately reschedule for the same week or the next available appointment offered by the stylist will have their cancellation fee applied as a credit toward their rescheduled appointment. Rescheduling must be completed at the time of cancellation. Cancellation fees cannot be transferred to appointments booked weeks or months later. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without communication will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and may be required to prepay future appointments. Emergencies I understand that genuine emergencies happen and will always consider those situations on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for respecting my time and my business.
